   Dr. Rehab Mahmoud Reda, Managing Director & CEO

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Rehab was VP of Projects at the real estate division of "The Savola Group". He was directly responsible for successfully developing and delivering multi-use retail and commercial projects valued at over SAR 1 Billion with a total built-up area of more than 350,000 square meters. Some of his projects in Jeddah includes: International Medical Center in, the Sugar Refinery and the Roshan Mall.
 

   Dr. Muhammad Abdullah Al-Jared, Executive Vice President

Dr. Al Jared has over than 20 years of wide experience in a spectrum of business sectors including construction and Real Estate development. He was responsible for numerous projects such as: the CBA College and the Saudi Business Center.
 

   Dr. Khaled Tewfik, Vise President for Development

With over 20 years of planning and architecture experience, Dr. Khaled is regarded as an expert in sustainable development field. He held brilliant positions in the leading ZFP.
 

   Nassir Nassif, Vice President for Business Development

With an extensive experience in Industrial Engineering, Nassir has held various leading roles in Real Estate industry such as:

- Developed Real Estate Investment Fund for NCB
- Developed Home Mortgage for NCB
- Director of Sales & Marketing for Sama Dubai (Jeddah)
